Been shooting a savage muzzleloader this summer and this is how it does @100 and 200 yds.Shot some 3in groups at 300 yds but don't have pick of those.Shot a 3 pointer last week @65 yds dropped in its tracks.
3/4" inch 3 shot group of the bench w/a 50 cal Remington 700ML topped with a Nikon Buckmasters 3x9, loaded with 90 grains Swiss 2F black powder, bore button, 300 grain Hornady SST, fired by a Navy Arms musket cap.

I can't shoot it accurately at 100 yds.We can't use a scope during Primitive weapons season here in Ga.You can during firearms season though.Anyways,at 50 yds open sights.245gr.Powerbelt.100gr select rs.I get about 1/2"-3/4" groups.I shoot a Buckhunter Pro.I think it has a 22" barrel. With the 209 conversion kit.I am thinking hard about using a scope on it this firearms season.Oh yeah before I used powerbelts I almost threw the thing in the River. It wouldn't shoot anything.I missed alot. With powerbelts I started taking deer.Hope I helped.

Shooting a Winchester X-150, I’ve been able to shoot 2 inch groups (3 shots) @ 100 yards off a bench rest with 150 grains of Pyrodex pellets and a 348 Gr. Lead PowerBelt hollow point with only the extra addition of a peep sight. I’ve switched between 100 grains & 150 grains of pellets and found virtually no difference in pattering.
Yeah I'm going to see that and raise you a "What the f -- k?!?"
