Over my years of hunting I've come across a few weird racked bucks myself while in the stand and I've seen a few at checking stations. At the checking stations I've never had my camera so I need your help. Lets see some "weird racks" that you've taken or have caught on film. Here's the one's I've taken and nicknamed

A-T-S, I have several pictures of that buck and actually his right rear leg is messed up. But your right, in that one picture it does look like his left leg is gimped up. I saw him and his right leg turned in toward his body and he had a bad limp. If he would have gotten into bow range I would have culled him
Mkmgobl, you have some messed up deer as well. Are they from the same area?

I'm either half asleep or half stupid or a combination of both. I hate to admit it but I typed that post saying his right rear leg, then looked at it again and changed it, changed it back, then changed it again. Now that I've almost got my right and my left learned, I might start learning to tie my own shoes ;D
GOOD ones olesixbeards That top pic you posted, do you know if it grew that way or was his skull cap broke? I took a spike one year that had a one horn growing straight out to the side of his head. After shooting the guy it turned out that it was normal but he must have gotten into a fight and broke his skull cap. It had turned sideways under his hide and looked to be healing just fine (other than being sideways at is).
That last one is a huge mess I've seen 8 1/2" bases before but his guy takes #1 place in that category. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming ;D
Just had to add something, this is the third time I've tried to reply! I'm shocked my boy hasn't figured I'm on here and started yelling for me yet! I'd better start typing faster before he wakes up

My guess is it is the result of a collision with a vehichle. His back leg seemed to have been broken and healed crooked. His antlers were solid and did not flop or move when he walked so I assume the skull plate had been cracked and had just healed crooked. He seemed to be able to keep up with the other deer with no problem. I didn't see him anymore after that season and never heard of anyone killing him.
