I'm a terrible cook. I can never remember recipes and I don't like collecting recipes if they are too complicated. Plus I nearly burned 2 houses down trying to prepare basic english muffins.
I am getting sick of eating cerial, macNcheese, hotdogs all the damn time. Can anyone give me some basic recipes for good eats that is easy to make? Just nothing that involves a toaster oven. I'm really getting hungry too.

You could always use my default food........soup from a can! I eat that for dinner more times than I can to admit. It's only because I'm too lazy to cook, it's so much easier to use the Microwave and heat that up.
"Shoot a Mathews LX and you'll never want another bow!!!"
Adam- My best suggestion is to go to the book store and buy 1 cookbook. One in particular that is very good is " The Encyclopedia of American Cooking" Very simple recipes that are easily prepared. If you do not want to buy a book, log on the the food channel web site. You can look up recipes(over 25000). They are all rated for difficulity. They make it very easy for novice cooks. I don't know if this helps. Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
An hour after eating it I started feeling that churning sensatoin in by belly. Another fifteen minutes and it turned into intense cramping in my lower abdomen. Eventually while in intense pain I had to get to the john.
Sounds like the eggs weren't cooked long enough. Practice makes perfect when it comes to cooking, start with a simple recipe but then add your own twist to it, alot of good food has been thought up by using that idea. Make some homemade soup that isn't hard or tacos.
"ITS NOT WHAT THE WISE MAN SAYS BUT WHAT THE WISE MAN DOES DURING HIS LIFE THAT MATTERS"
TRUST ME MAN. I tried this. I used to make plain pasta with a can of condensed cream of chicken soup mixed in and then I would crush a whole bag of barbeque potatoe chips and throw half the bag of crumbs in and then a little bacon and OLD BAY and it tasted over spiced.
I once got a bag of brown rice and cooked it(boiling) plain and after I was done I put in a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup and them put in onions and choclate serup and it was nasty.
I don't know man. I can't make a decent dish, and I always put in ingredients that I like but for some reason it never works.
